ciabatta bread served with extra virgin olive oil, (100% Levante Coratina from Puglia) served with marinated green scilian olives

whitebait fritters with lemon aioli

cauliflower soup with gorgonzola dumplings

linguine with garlic, chilli, S.A vongole and white wine

ocean trout with a saffron white butter sauce

restricted a la carte - choice made by guests on the night from the following

salt & pepper calamari, W.A green king prawn, white bait fritter & lemon aioli

beef carpaccio served with roast beetroot, rocket, parmesan and lemon vinaigrette

grilled pear salad with crispy prosciutto, goats cheese, pine nuts & balsamic dressing

ricotta & potato gnocchi served with wild New Zealand rabbit ragu’ & Tuscan pecorino cheese

eight hour beer braised Angus beef cheeks served with potato mash, roast chestnuts & porcini mushrooms

baked green peppercorn encrusted lamb rump, potato tortino & Mediterranean yogurt dressing

herb seared atlantic salmon fillet served with roast capsicum, fennel & olives with a saffron mussel salsa

BEVERAGE PACKAGE

Beer, wine, soft drinks and juice can be included in your function menu for an additional cost of $22 per person. The following beverages are served for a period of 4 hours.

CONDITIONS

- A deposit of $200 is required for all set menus.

- Ciabatta bread and rocket salad served with all menus. Coffee/tea only included with three course options

- Menus subject to seasonal changes

- Menu choices and number of people must be confirmed 4 days in advance. Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance will incur full charge.

- Fully licensed, BYO ONLY TUESDAY to THURSDAY, wine only (corkage $9 per bottle)

- Cake cutting charge for byo cakes is $3.00 per person

-12.5% surcharge on public holiday

-8% service charge will be added to the final account. This service charge is not included in the minimum spend.

- free pre-booked parking available Saturday nights only.
